Meet Jeremy Humphrey.
You might see him smoking meat or grilling some salmon for our Chef's
Case, but more often than that, you know Jeremy as one of the friendly
faces behind our meat and seafood counter. Jeremy is part of our
excellent team of Meat Specialists, and has been with us since October
of 2007. His main duties (and strengths) are two-fold: hand cutting
meat daily, and making sure that customers of the Meat Department get
exactly what they want.

What Makes The Hills Market Different: I've
cut meat at other stores, and I like that here, everything the customer
sees is fresh. We cut and put out meat every day. Usually it's in the
case within 15 minutes of being cut. We don't have meat just sitting
around in the back and I know that our customers are getting the best
possible product.
