In 1993, The Hills Market opened its doors in Northern Columbus with a goal to provide excellent service, unique and high quality products and a sincere and friendly atmosphere for our customers. Years later, this remains our mission.
We staff our store with friendly and knowledgeable managers who take pride in their respective departments and work every day to build long-lasting relationships with our customers. These managers are responsible for overseeing the quality of the products they order, working to find new and unique items to offer, and bringing in customer requests - no matter how big or small.

The Floral Shoppe
Our full-service professional Floral Shoppe is placed at the front of the store so that our customers can witness the beauty that the seasons have to offer as they go about their shopping experiences. Floral Director Candie Tipton and her well-trained staff take pride in developing long-term relationships with their clients. Whether you’re sending flowers in remembrance of someone special, organizing a celebration, such as a wedding or party, or you just want to spice up your own home with seasonal arrangement, our Floral Shoppe is prepared. If freshness and variety are important to you, our produce department will exceed your needs. All of our high quality produce is hand-checked in-house by our produce team before we consider offering it to you. Our award-winning wine shoppe has for years been a hub for wine-lovers. Whether you need something to celebrate a big day, or want a case of a delicious value wine for casual gatherings - or for after a long day at work - we have something for everyone. We host a variety of wine tastings year-round, and offer state minimum pricing as well as a 10% case discount. Special orders are our specialty, and we're pleased to offer dozens of amazing value wines on our Value Wall (hand-selected wines pre-sorted by style, all for under $14.99.)

Our cheese department is designed for those who are passionate about cheese. Categorized by country of origin, our cheeses feature labels with a description of taste, and food and wine pairings. Delicatessen
It might be the incredible ham salad favored even by the Grumpy Gourmet or maybe it's the high quality Boar's Head deli meats and cheeses. Perhaps it's the chicken salad that local country clubs order and sell as their own or our house specialties such as our Rosemary Roast Beef or Pulled Pork. Whatever it is, our customers are loyal to our delicatessen for a reason. We offer hot and cold made to order sandwiches and will gladly take call-ahead orders.

Chef's Case
Our Chef's Case is a 40 foot expanse of constantly-changing prepared foods, made in house by our team of chefs. We change the Chef's Case three times a day to ensure freshness. You'll find a variety of food to meet many dietary needs. From seafood, beef, chicken and vegetarian entrees to restaurant-quality side dishes for a fraction of the cost, we create food to please everyone. We have a few staple products that make our Chef's Case famous: Crab Cakes, Twice Baked Potatoes and Bone Suckin' Meatloaves are just a few. Our team of experts is always available to take your call if you should encounter a home-cooking kitchen catastrophe and need advice. Whether you need a quick dinner for your family or a gourmet dish for a dinner party, our chefs are up to the challenge.

Bakery
Brownies and breads and cookies, oh my! Our bakery is dangerously delicious. Our patisserie selection displays a wide variety of desserts from mini cheesecakes to tarts and lemon bars to Killer Brownies. We feature Mary's famous sugar cookies only available at The Hills Market (also available for special orders). On Fridays and Saturdays, you'll find donuts and pastries from Der Dutchman. We carry local favorites, such as Just Pies (sanctioned by Oprah), breads from La Chatelaine and Stan Evans, and our own selection of house-baked breads.
Meat
It's no secret that The Hills Market is known for our meat department. We serve the highest quality meat available in Columbus, the same cuts that you will find at the best restaurants in the city. Look for brands such as Chairman's Reserve, known for the marbling in their meat, and Niman Ranch Pork Tenderloin. Gerber's Poultry comes from free-range Amish Family Farms in Ohio where the chickens are fed an all-natural diet of corn and grain. Another Ohio brand we pride ourselves on is Bowman & Landes. These premium free-range Turkeys are all natural and always fresh, never frozen. We are happy to cut your meat to order and special order any product we don't regularly carry. We are confident that you will taste the difference in our high quality meats.
Seafood
Our seafood department gets fresh deliveries daily. You can tell this because our store doesn't have the fishy smell that a typical grocer has. We have the best selection of fresh seafood around, including our organic salmon. You'll love our live lobsters; we'll even steam them for you. We also feature seasonal specialties like sort shell crabs and wild halibut from the shores of Alaska. As always, we will special order anything you don't find here.
